Meet the Woman Behind the Lens: A Personal Journey into Photography

Hello everyone, I am thrilled to have you here! I think it's essential to know the person behind the camera before you entrust them with capturing your precious moments. So let me start by telling you where I live. In truth, my home is wherever my husband and my kids are. I firmly believe that a place is nothing without the presence of the people you love and care for the most.

My journey into photography began in New Mexico. I booked a portrait session with a local photographer during a very special period in my life when I felt extremely proud of myself. At the end of the session, as I was thanking the photographer for her time, she paused and said, 'You should be a photographer.' I was taken aback and told her I didn't even know how to operate a camera. She responded, 'The camera skills are something you can learn, but you are natural at directing and making people feel good and comfortable, and those skills are the hardest to acquire.' Those few sentences changed my life forever.

Outside of photography, I have a few passions. I love to hike, taking in the beauty of nature and the peace it brings. Long drives are my therapy, especially with a great playlist and singing at the top of my lungs. I love dancing, losing myself in the music and the movement. Quality time with my family and friends is precious to me; we often gather around board games and create memories. I'm an outdoorsy person who enjoys playing sports, but I also love to indulge in my feminine side. Dressing up, putting on my heels, and feeling like a girlie girl is something I truly enjoy.

Photography for me is not just about taking pictures; it's about capturing emotions and immortalizing moments. I bring my spirit and my passion for life into every photograph I take.
